The war for AI talent is on! Automation is likely to take away a number of roles previously handled by humans, but the increasing adoption of AI has also created a number of new jobs, a trend that is expected to continue for the next 5-10 years, if not more. A degree in computer sciences and a more-than-decent level of programming skills are basic prerequisites. A background in programming languages such as Python, Java or C/C++ as well as work experience in AI, natural language processing and machine learning (ML) are additional skills sought by employers.
