Appeals & Review Policy

ARTiBA is committed to maintaining fairness, transparency, and accountability across all certification processes. If a candidate believes that an exam decision was made in error or has a valid grievance, they may formally request a review or submit an appeal.

Candidates may appeal in the following circumstances:

  • Exam was interrupted due to a verified technical failure
  • Dismissal from the exam room due to incorrect proctor action or misunderstanding
  • Inconsistencies in the exam experience that may have impacted performance
  • Audit-related rejections that the candidate believes to be based on incomplete or misinterpreted information

Appeals Process:

  • Candidates must submit a written appeal to ARTiBA Support via the official support form within 12 hours of receiving their result or facing an issue.
  • Appeals must include clear details and relevant supporting documentation.
  • ARTiBA’s review committee will evaluate each appeal fairly and respond within 10–15 business days.
  • The decision of the committee is final and binding.

Please note that general dissatisfaction with exam results, lack of preparation, or failure to read exam policies does not constitute valid grounds for appeal.
