Certification Process

  • Check Your Candidacy

    Ensure you meet the minimum eligibility requirements prescribed for the AiE™ program. Detailed eligibility criteria are available online for your reference.

  • Create Your myARTiBA Account

    Begin by creating your myARTiBA account to start the application process. Once you submit the online AiE™ application and complete your fee payment, you will receive an acknowledgment email with instructions on the next steps in the registration process.

  • AiE™ Registration Confirmation

    After your application is accepted and your payment is verified, your AiE™ registration will be completed. You’ll receive a confirmation message and full access to your myARTiBA account will be activated.

  • Shipment of AiE™ Learning Materials

    Within 72 hours of registration confirmation, ARTiBA will initiate the shipment of the AiE™ Learning Deck, which includes the official ARTiBA AI Engineer’s Handbook. Physical shipments typically take 3-4 weeks to arrive. You can verify or update your shipping address on your myARTiBA dashboard within 24 hours of completing your fee payment.

  • Prepare and Schedule Your Exam

    Once you feel ready to take the AiE™ certification exam, you can schedule it directly through your myARTiBA dashboard. Candidates are given a 180-day window from the date of registration confirmation to pass the exam.

  • Certification Award

    Upon successfully passing the AiE™ certification exam, your results will be published within 10-12 business days. You will then be awarded the prestigious AiE™ credential, which includes:

    • An instantly issued digital badge to showcase your achievement.
    • A physical AiE™ credential kit, containing:
      • → A printed AiE™ certificate
      • → The Code of Ethics Booklet
      • → An AiE™ designation pin
        The physical credential kit will be mailed to your provided address and should arrive within 3-4 weeks.
